Each person 18 years of age needs to submit his/her own application.

Applications are $35.00 per person. NOTE: YOUR APPLICATION WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL THE FEE IS PAID.

Step#2) Click the Pay Portal link on our website to pay the $35.00 fee.  

Applicants are reviewed on the same criteria, one person or family at a time, on a first application in, first application out process.

PLEASE NOTE: In order to process applications we will need to have your income verification for the last (3) months. This can come in the form of pay check stubs, tax returns, bank statements, social security benefits, and other documents that will help us to form a clear picture of your monthly income.
